These habits don’t just waste time and energy. They can leave us stuck in cycles of guilt, disconnection, and missed potential. These habits hold you back from becoming the man you know you’re capable of being.

Whether it’s porn, junk food, smartphones or videogames, these behaviours often promise comfort but leave you feeling worse. Like a siren luring you in with quick pleasure, only to drag you further from what actually matters to you. You know they’re holding you back. You’ve tried to quit. But you’re struggling to change on your own.

That’s where coaching comes in.

Together, we’ll identify what matters to you, break free from destructive cycles, and build a lifestyle aligned with who you truly want to be.

I’m a qualified life coach and psychotherapist with a background in psychology and neuroscience. My work is grounded in both science and real-world experience. I’ve spent years helping men regain control of their lives mentally, emotionally, and practically, so they can live with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I know what it takes because I had to overcome it myself. I’ve broken free from porn, tech overuse, and a lifestyle of escapism, avoidance and mediocrity.

When it comes to porn and tech related addiction, unfortunately many coaches and therapists don’t have the insight, knowledge or experience to help. You need someone who truly understands the grip of modern addiction, and more importantly, knows the way out.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but it can also be the beginning of something transformative. You might be coming to coaching with a clear goal in mind or simply a sense that something needs to shift. Either way, this is a space to pause, reflect and take meaningful steps towards the life you want to live.

Online Life Coaching

My interest in coaching began with my own journey of growth and change. I know how powerful it can be to have dedicated time to focus on your own growth with someone who listens, supports and challenges you without judgement. That experience has shaped how I now work as a coach.

As a coach, I work integratively, drawing from psychology, behaviour change science, mindset work and lifestyle optimisation. I also draw from practical therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy. That means we can shape the process to suit your needs, whether you're focused on breaking habits, finding purpose or simply gaining clarity. I don’t believe in rigid formulas. Your coaching should reflect who you are and what matters to you.

I believe coaching works best when it's built on honesty, curiosity and collaboration. You’re the expert on your own life, and I’ll always respect your values, goals and pace.

I’m passionate about supporting people to create real, lasting change in their lives, whether that’s breaking free from compulsive habits, finding clarity and purpose, or building a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. I bring a down-to-earth, flexible approach to coaching, shaped by both personal experience and professional training. No overcomplication, no judgement, just honest conversations that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

I am also a qualified psychotherapist with an academic background in psychology. Coaching isn’t therapy but my therapeutic background helps me bring empathy, emotional depth and clarity to the process. My work is always grounded in psychology and scientific evidence.
